Whatever your level of triathlon experience, find your ideal distance and get involved in the London Triathlon 2010 for Spinal Research - there is something to suit every budding tri-athlete!
The London Triathlon offers a choice of distances, ranging from the Super Sprint (400m swim, 10k cycle, 2.5k run) for those preferring a shorter distance, to the Sprint (750m swim, 20k cycle, 5k run) or if you're feeling super-fit, the Olympic (1.5k swim, 40k cycle, 10k run). If you don’t fancy going it alone you could enter the Sprint or Olympic Relays with your friends.
Want one of our places?
We have guaranteed places for the 2010 event. In return for an individual guaranteed place, we ask for a registration fee of £50 to secure your entry and that you pledge to raise a minimum of £600 in sponsorship to help us beat paralysis. For team entries we ask for a £100 registration fee and a pledge to raise £1,350 (that’s £450 per team member).
Got your own place?
If you have your own place, either as an individual or as a team, and want to take part for Spinal Research, we just ask that you raise as much as you can to help us develop treatments to restore feeling and mobility to people paralysed as a result of breaking their neck or back.
