More about this event
A step challenge is simply a personal challenge to see how many steps you can do, making it a virtual event means you can chalk up steps anywhere you go. The event has an unusual length, 210 days, because we built it around our supporter Eric who will be running across the USA during this time. We can all join him, virtually of course, and help him on this epic challenge while completing our own epic step challenge. We decided a fundraising target of £105 as its achievable and represents 50p a day for the length of the challenge.

What can you expect from us?

  • An exclusive medal (to be posted to you on completion of the challenge)
  • A fully accessible event
  • A dedicated fundraiser
  • Personalised fundraising support
  • Training support
  • Regular team e-newsletters
  • A Spinal Research top
  • Not to mention heaps of encouragement, help and advice

Training support
We are pleased to be supported by GH Training, a service designed to help you train for an event. Run by personal trainer Graeme Hilditch (author of our training guides), GH Training can help you achieve your goals.

Thank you for joining me by taking on my Virtual Step Challenge. Together we can change the future of spinal cord injury.
